Our clients came to us wanting to expand their outdoor deck space to create a luxury indoor/outdoor experience. Counter levered from the first floor this proved to be an engineering challenge. Plus there was no floor area left to play with, so Rally discreetly moved a couple of walls stealing square footage to make this impossible dream realizable. This is a stunning house, fantastic architecture with incredible southern light facing epic Aspen Mountain views.
